Melon du Bourgogne is a white grape known for its high acidity and resistance to colder weather. The grape’s most famous use is in the production of the world-renowned Muscadet-Sèvre-Et-Maine wine, which has been produced in France’s Loire Valley since the year 1709. Expect notes of ripe green apple, pear and even graphite.
